Dark Markerlights v1.0 1.57x

Add a black-based marker light. It comes in two types, 3LED and 9LED, and comes in four colors: White, Orange, Red, and Blue. You can choose position + blinker (L&R) for Orange and position + brake light for Red. White can also be selected with only reverse lamps.
