Real German Bridges V1.0.1 1.54

It adds road works to quite a couple of bridges all across Germany.
V1.0 for the moment contains only the works on Cologne A4 Rodenkirchen bridge with appropriate signs, scaffolding, construction props.
Known bugs: – It can happen that AI traffic sometimes uses blocked lanes. I still will have to figure out how to block that for AI (some advice via PM welcome).
Upcoming: – A40 Duisburg Rhine bridge – A45 Rahmedetal bridge – A100 Berlin Ringbahn bridge – any I am able to research – any other bridge the community is free to suggest in the comments – as long as the road exists in ETS2
