Promods generic ambulance & firetruck DISABLED v1.0

Hello! This simple mod disables Promods’s generic ambulance and firetruck, which they used as a placeholder in countries, that are not covered with these units yet. But both vehicles truly break the country traffic immersion and it really bothered not only me. So I created simple fix, which disables them from traffic.
