Improved Vegetation LOD v1.0

This is a simple mod that makes the vegetation lod draw distance 4 times as large. Trees, and other game objects, have a low poly, undetailed model for if you are far away from the object. When you move closer, it will switch to a high poly, detailed model. This mod basically increases the distance where the switch happens, meaning you see high poly vegetation from further away. It does not affect the lods of the trees far to the side of the roads This mod only affects the trees that are not a large distance from the road (usually 50m or so depending on the map and the place).
