DLC_Kogel fix for SibirMap v2.8.1 1.50

Fix that allows DLC_Kogel owners to use liveries of companies registered for the SibirMap map (Pyaterochka, Magnit, DL, Lenta and others). Install over the SibirMap 2.8.1 map in the mod manager. In new versions of SibirMap 2.0, DLC_Kogel support will be built into the distribution of the main mod.
