Enhanced SCS Traffic 1.58

Description: – Increase traffic values with 100% from morning to late afternoon (compared to default values) – Neutral traffic values from late afternoon to midnight (default values) – Decrease traffic values with 50% from midnight to morning (compared to default values) – Increase max. vehicle count – Keep spawn and density values for trains, trams, light tracks etc. same as vanilla version
Update 1.58 is out -updated manifest -updated yield attributes -adjusted max vehicle count (Standard=50 More=100)
