First of all, it should still not shake no mater what you do now, or no matter which configuration you drive with. But latest fixes does also make you able to reverse, with or without load and without damage to truck or trailer.. No crash into any wall at rear of truck when loading cargo or after loading cargo when truck spawns. No bump or anything when reversing and turning at the same time. No AI that accidentally drive into invisible trailer and so on. Just tested it myself and did not found any issue at all.
