MADster`s MAN TGA Interior/Exterior Rework

- Based on real TGA interior look;- Improved all interior textures - plastic, leather and fabric materials, tachograph;- New textures for dashboard warning lights and various symbols on dashboard buttons;- Increased brightness of dashboard backlight;- Added one more windshield wiper mode;- Improved various bodywork parts: headlights, fog lights, blinkers, tail lights, radiator, mudguards and chassis, fuel tanks, suspension and exhaust system. Mod is suitable for MADster`s MAN TGA only! You must give this mod higher priority, than MADster`s mod! Tested on latest 1.22 version of ETS2, but on older versions mod should work too.
