Realistic Vehicle Colours

Note from the Author: A simple mod that changes the default traffic colours to a more realistic blend of blacks, whites, reds, blues and others to better reflect the real world. Also affects quick-job trucks.Version 1.0 but I'll probably update this at some point, any problems just post underneath. But unless your mod changes car colours it should be fine.
