small update to LJ74's Ibishu Signia mod to fit V0.38's new features while still giving players some small new content. (basically a small ish refresh)
some new configs and Halogen lights. also some new skins.
Great mod if your into fictional vehicles - great model with good PBR materials
Jbeam is practically perfect.

Does NOT have a simplified traffic variant (so depressing i know)
