WIP Terrain Deformation

A revolutionary (yet buggy) new mod that simulates terrain deformation similar to Mud Runner. When driving on specifically muddy surfaces, terrain sinks and deforms below your wheels! Settings are editable via the UI app, and the mod can be easily enabled and disabled.
