CHANGELOG v26.68 ================ – Dropped support for game version 1.60 on the Steam Workshop in preparation for 1.62. [ETS2 edition] – Replaced one of the door close sound effects for after refueling. [ETS2 edition] Car Mode changes for American Truck Simulator: For the “oldtimer” car tire sound set (used by the 1967 Ford Mustang and some car mods), the tire noise for asphalt and gravel surfaces have been reworked! Alterations include different sounds on gravel and a more prominent rolling tire sound on asphalt from external camera view perspectives. Note: This is the first iteration of the rework. Feedback is very much welcome to perfect it. SUVs will receive its own changes for this in a later mod version. Fuel station sounds may also sound different in Car Mode (at least for the 1967 Ford Mustang and some car mods)! Unlike in Truck Mode, you can hear the fuel door be closed, and the sound of stepping on the truck steps is omitted. The sound of closing the driver’s door is also car-based instead of truck-based. Enjoy this attention to detail! :) Note: SUVs will receive its own changes for this in a later mod version. Ford F-150 & Bronco Expanded Factory Options
Expanded factory options for both Ford DLC 2023 F-150 Lariat & 2024 Bronco Badlands. This mod is based on the real life factory options for these vehicles. With the exception of the Bronco, where the final drive ratios are taken from lower trims as SCS did the same with the original transmission on it. I partly fixed the issue by modifying the existing Sasquatch trim. Addtionally to all the new parts, i also added new dealership configurations, allowing you to have a base model Bronco or F-150. The hybrid drivetrain has an adjusted torque curve for the addition of the electric motor, different transmission tuning and slightly decreased fuel consumption, unfortunately the game doesn’t support true hybrids yet. Little side note: while new parts are limited to certain drivetrains or engines, then i didn’t restrict the vanilla options to not run into issues with mod compatibility down the line. In theory you shouldn’t run into too many issues but as i did modify the vanilla chassis and engines a bit then there is a chance it won’t play nice with other mods that modify these files. Run the mod you want to be more dominant further up in the mod manager.
