Projekt Ultimate Weather v2.1 1.60 ETS2 Ta modyfikacja zastępuje domyślne definicje pogody SCS przerobionymi systemami mgły, ulepszonym odwzorowaniem głębokiej mgiełki atmosferycznej, udoskonalonym balansem kolorów, dostosowanymi zestawieniami kolorów nieba oraz ulepszonym oświetleniem otoczenia, co zapewnia bardziej wciągające i naturalne wrażenia z jazdy. Wersja 2.1 koncentruje się na udoskonaleniu istniejącej bazy danych Weather 2.0 poprzez lepszy balans kontrastu, poprawki ekspozycji, zmiany w kolorystyce świata oraz poprawę intensywności deszczu i atmosfery. Skyboxy nie zostały przeprojektowane, lecz profesjonalnie dostosowane pod kątem balansu kolorów, mieszania atmosfery, zachowania oświetlenia, kontrastu i ekspozycji w celu zwiększenia głębi otoczenia, przy jednoczesnym zachowaniu ograniczeń silnika SCS.
