USA/Canada Added Border Checkpoints v1.0.1 Mod

Adds Border checkpoints between Western Canada and all of Montana/Idaho (Washington not covered due to Promods). – Aims to give trucking a more realistic experience by adding border checkpoints at every road connecting to Canada through these states. – Thanks for using this mod!
