Tmc/custom SCS Flatbed Decal Mod ATS

This mod gives you the option of adding a TMC or make your Own CUSTOM decal for the 45′ 48′ and 53′ SCS flatbeds. It also gives you the ability to paint the whole chassis of the flatbed.
