Classic License Plates for Jazzycat's Traffic 1.3

Classic License Plates for Jazzycat's Traffic - This mod adds period-appropriate license plates to Jazzycat's AI traffic mods. Cars in other states will still spawn with modern plates. Classic cars won't be super rare but won't be on every corner either. Credits: Googlefluff
