New and Improved Steering Wheel v1.0 Mod

This mod started out as a simple fix to the terrible and choppy low res chrome on the SCI steering wheels that drove me crazy. Well, it solves that. It also evolved into this – a whole bunch of new steering wheels with signficantly improved textures and shaders in different colors and combinations. These wheels do not replace any existing ones, they are all standalone but you need the SCI DLC.
