Kw900 XXL ATS V1.3 Fix mod

ITS HERE AND WORKING TESTED plus add a/c and wing reason for the fix was i would conflict with the vnl670 black,remix strobe light ??? but got it working as stated there is still something that need work write them down and someone with more skilled would take over Old link has been deleted due to the fix
