FIX for Roextended Premium Promods Rusmap Roextended Connector V1.1 1.54

This fix has been created for the combination of ProMods + ProMods Middle-East Add-On 2.74, RusMap 2.54 (or RusMap 2.53 with Project Russia) and Roextended Premium 4.6 (compatible with Poland Rebuilding if using hi sora’s road connection) only and should have high priority in the Mod manager.
