CAT 3408 DI Sound & Engine Pack

Stand out from the crowd with the CAT 3408DI Sound & Engine Pack — a rare and unmistakable Caterpillar V8 brought to life for those who want something genuinely different in their truck.
Recorded from a real Kenworth K100 fitted with 7-inch stacks, this pack captures the unique voice of the CAT 3408DI in proper on-highway form.
The 3408DI is not your typical highway Cat. Thanks to its V8 configuration, it delivers a far more unusual and distinctive sound than the traditional inline-six engines most drivers are used to. The result is a truck with real character — deeper, more exotic, and instantly recognisable.
If you’re tired of hearing the same old thing, this pack offers a classic Caterpillar experience with a completely different flavour. It’s rare, unique, and guaranteed to stand out in your garage.
And just like the real engine, the 3408DI does not use Jacobs brakes — adding even more to its unusual charm and making it a refreshing alternative to the more familiar highway setups.
