Brighter Nights for ATS ATS Weather Mod

This mod makes the nights brighter, giving better visibility. Compatibilities: This is technically a weather mod so it isn’t compatible with other weather mods including: Realistic Rain and Cold Rain by Darkcaptain are compatible as they only make changes to textures instead of the weather itself. If you are using one of Grimes Season’s mods put this mod above Grimes. It will remove the weather changes in the mod, including the sunrise and sunset times, but the rest of the mod will be unaffected. Compatibility: ATS 1.54, 1.53, 1.52 Problems?
