A small update to Traffic addon

Changes: – Slightly increased headlight flare size – Added ECE Blue headlights – Incorporated latest updates from Sound Fixes Pack in Traffic addon (1.55 Open Beta)
in Headlights addon: – Significantly improved player’s truck lights patterns and their colors – Added support for 28 modded trucks
in City Lights addon: – Minor tweaks and improvements for street lamp flares
Key features: – Completely reworked flares – Realistic headlights patterns with 3 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported) – Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon – Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon
IMPORTANT! Traffic Addon now requires Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won’t spawn!
