CONSTRUCTION SIGNS DISTANCE 1.36

This mod changes the distance of the signs for construction zones. I’ve always thought they were to close and it doesn’t give you enough time to slow down for the zones. This also changes the distance for the pickup truck that signals for the lane closure for an accident. Now it gives you enough space to change lanes and slow down. I also allowed for some of the areas to placed in sharper curves and adjusted how long the maximum length can be. I didn’t change the size of the sites that are one two lane roads with traffic lights. They take long enough and I didn’t want to mess with the timing of the lights.
