Addons for Smarty Peterbilt 351 1.57 ATS Part Mod

Added 2 chassis with options for cab, platform, fuel tank, and cargo
• Added 3 transmission models from Spicer:
• Spicer 5552 (5-speed)
• Spicer 7052 (7-speed)
• Spicer 5552 (5-speed) + Spicer 6041 Auxiliary (3-speed) = 5×3 = 15-speed
• Added sound for the CAT 1674
Requires the base mod (Peterbilt 351) from Smarty
Compatibility: ATS 1.57
