Adviser Bottom Bar Small Left HUD

This Adviser mod reshapes the in-game HUD by removing the new tachometer and repositioning the minimap to the top-left corner with a smaller size. The bottom bar has been redesigned to neatly display static indicators (notification lights), basic indicators (fuel, lights, turn signals), gear, cruise control, speed, speed limit, game time, and fatigue monitor. The company info bar has also been moved into the top bar. Tested on screens up to 5760×1080.
