Caterpillar C16 800 Twin Turbo v1.1

This mod adds a twin turbo version of the Caterpillar C16 with 597 kW / 800 Hp and 2803 Ib-ft / 3800 Nm* for the following trucks:   - Peterbilt 389 - Kenworth W900 - Freightliner Argosy (by Harven) - Peterbilt 389 V2 (by Viper2-GER) - Kenworth W900B (by GTM)     *the maximum torque is between 950 and 1450 rpm
