Enhancements for Kenworth w990 by Harven (Frank Peru).   Includes the following: - added SCS "luminance.changer" to OBC so its appearance changes when ambient light changes. - PIVA's interior cabin lights ("driver's plate") - Frank Peru's flying-dragon hood ornament ("deflector") - increased leanout and in-cabin views via mouse (inspired by SystemSoldier X).
